How to Install After the download completes, launch the download installer file. This can be found in your computer system settings under the about tab. If you don’t know, it is most likely the “Windows 64 bit GlobalProtect Agent” link. Click the download link for your type of Windows (32-bit / 64-bit).
On the GlobalProtect download screen, click the link to download the client for your Operating System. Log in with your network username and password (you will not need to type in your domain).
